The Vibrant Communities Symposium will be held March 10th and 11th, 2010 at the Hilton Suites Winnipeg - please mark your calendar.

The Symposium will be an opportunity to discuss the social, economic, environmental and cultural perspectives of a Vibrant Community; and develop a Vibrant Communities Charter reflecting these different perspectives and a shared-vision for the future.
